I need some tips to help get the most padding on the insole of my cycling shoes, without causing my shoes to be cramped. I already have dr. shcols air pillow insoles, but it seems that i need more padding. Really, just on the fore foot. My reason being is that I have mortons neuroma in both feet and even the slighest amount of pressure against a hard surface causes problems.

I’m confused…your foot can’t take the pressure, but you wear cycling shoes? Clipless pedals, then? You might want to think about going to toe-clips and wearing a pair of Yip-mans. You know, Yip man shoes. The slip-on tennis shoes. Kinda like these:

are you gelling?
You know, like the commercial says. It seems like it would provide much more cushion than air/foam. You can get smaller sized cushion just for the forefoot.

I would suggest going to your nearest shimano custom fit shoe centre, for your shoes. These shoes then fit lke a glove so I would think reduce any pressure points. Hope it helps.
