    There keo? It looks like your using Shimano SPD SL float cleats.

    In the vid description you said they where usless. If your a casual rider then your right. If your more advanced then they are, most offen, necessary. Upside is it makes you look like you realy know what your doing(ha ha ha). I got clip pedals & cycling shoes yesterday, so I’m learning the clip system too. Realy freaks me out. Nightmares of….”Aaaaa! Cant get my shoes off the pedals!” Then I fall over when the bike stops moving.
